Just got home with my new 2022 Mazda CX-5 GT! I love this car already. David took excellent care of me from the moment I walked into the dealership to driving off the lot. He has many years of experience in the automotive industry and it shows. No pressure at all, showed me what he had available within my budget and after a brief discussion with me. He walked me through the entire process with his "old school" ways which I truly appreciated. He's friendly, transparent, very knowledgeable and goes over and beyond. He explained all the features of the car, made sure I understood and was always open to questions. The test drive gave me a reassured feeling about my purchase and David explained the car again to me which did not go unnoticed. When I picked up my new car, he ensured all was properly taken care of, that the paperwork was understood, gave me a few super important tips and the car was spotless! I just bought my CX-30 here and I can say the service is excellent. One of the best automotive purchasing experiences. They were wonderful to deal with, and helped me get an allocation for a 35th anniversary MX-5. I had been chasing them even before the car was released and they were super patient with all my emails and ensure my car was delivered just as I requested, so I could have it detailed and PPF’ed by a third party. They were constantly giving me updates on my delivery and even let me see the car the moment it was dropped off. Danish was amazing and a pleasure to deal with. He really understood the desire I had for this car and personally made sure that my detailing requests were captured and took extra care to handle and personally move my car once it arrived at the dealership. Now my family is looking to get another Mazda in the future.
